Red heart embroidery with added small hearts of buttons and embellishments

This is the embroidered panel that I made in 2007 for Ronald McDonald House at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London. Each room is named after the theme of the embroidery, so this hangs in ‘The Heart Room’. The project was organised by Marion Cantrell. I am currently working with Marion to make small quilts that will be avaliable for the patients and will also be available for sale. Again I am working on the theme ‘Hearts’ as it has proved to be very popular with theĀ children and their families.
