World Cultures Embroidery

5 week textiles course at Bexhill Museum

Tuesday 3rd March to Tuesday 31st March

Morning 10.30-12.30 or Afternoon 1.30-3.30

Embroidery is a fascinating and enchanting process; in this course you will take inspiration from Bexhill museums current intriguing exhibition exploring world cultures/collections and the links to Bexhill. You will look at colours, patterns and textures to develop your own designs. The designs will be worked with hand and machine embroidery to create embellished fabric book covers.

Beginners and those with more experience can enjoy the opportunity to build their knowledge and skills of a wide range of textile techniques in a like-minded group.

This 5 week course costs £75 to include entrance to the museum on the day of the course and tea, coffee and biscuits.

To book a place please contact me for more information and please pay at the museum.
